Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It can take op to 8 weeks from order placement.
Q: Why is the delivery up to 8 weeks?
A: We want to protect the environment while still offering affordable furniture. This is why NOFU furniture is not pre-produced. Your furniture is handmade especially for you in the colours you prefer, once your order is placed.
Q: What is the cost of delivery?
A: We offer free carriage in Denmark except to offshore islands.
Q: Is it possible to track and trace the delivery?
A: Yes, you will receive tracking information as soon as your furniture arrives in Denmark
Q: What can I do if I’m not at home when the furniture is delivered?
A: Out freight company contacts you prior to delivery, so you can arrange the details.
Q: How do I proceed if the furniture is flawed?
A: Sent an email to help@nofugroup.com with a description and pictures of the issue
Q: Is it possible to get the furniture faster if I collect it myself?
A: Unfortunately we don’t carry any stock. Your furniture is handmade upon order especially to fit your requests.
Q: Is it possible to return furniture after it’s delivered?
A: If you wish to return your furniture after delivery, please send an email to help@nofugroup.com with your order number, we will then send you a return form. Please note that the furniture must be intact free and in its original packaging. Freight costs and risk is carried by you.
